Students can download
the Admission Form and Examination Form available in the
Regstration/Re-Admission Kit (as applicable) from the
university website CLICK

Rs.100/- will have to be paid at the time of submission
of admission form at the learning centre alongwith the
course fee and cost of study material.

The admission form and
examination form must be filled by the candidates only
in capital letters and must be accompanied by the attested
copy of the requisite qualification certificates of the
candidate. |

The student MUST fill
up the Admission Form and Examination Form, and attach
the attested photographs, testimonials and transcripts
/ mark sheets as mentioned in the form and send it via
registered post at

The University will issue a permanent
Registration-cum-Roll Number and a unique 9
digit Admission Number to the students after payment
realization and thorough scrutiny and verification of
the required documents/testimonials. |

The students either download the Admission Form and Examination Form available on the website www.ptuonline.com or obtain a Prospectus by making a cash payment of Rs.100/- at the Admission Outlets (mentioned in PTU Online website) or at the following address:

In case the student downloads the Admission Form from the website, He/She will have to pay Rs. 100/- in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “EDUCAL” payable at Ludhiana.
The Examination form can be downloaded from the PTU Online website Free of Cost.
