• HOW TO APPLY FOR ADMISSIONS

  • Visit the University website www.ptuonline.com
  • Download the Prospectus and Application Form for PTU eLearning Programme.
  • Take a print out of application form on good quality A4 size paper.
  • Fill the Application Form using Black/Blue ball point pen only as per guidelines.
  • Attach the attested photocopies (self-attested and attested by the Notary) of the following documents, along with the filled Application form
    • Matriculation Certificate or Birth Certificate
    • Certificate of the Qualifying Examination
    • Residence Proof
    • Character Certificate issued by employer, if employed or by the head of the institution last attended
  • Submit the Application form and the above said documents at the nearest Facilitation Centre (FC) or Regional Service Provider (RSP) along with the following :
  • Demand Draft/ Pay Order OR Fee Deposit Receipt.
  • 1 Passport size photograph

  Note: Kindly mention Name, Father's/Guardian's Name, Address & Phone No.,
  Course Name, Semester, FC Name & Code on the reverse side of the Demand Draft(s)/Pay Order(s)

• Demand Draft/ Pay Order.
  • The Demand Draft/ Pay Order for the programme fee, examination fee, late fee (if applicable) has to be made in favor of 'The Registrar, Punjab Technical University', payable at Jalandhar
